How to install third party themes using theme editor

• Download miui theme editor from play store
• Now, Download Mtz file from themes4MIUI
• Open miui theme editor
• now select browse an go to th directories where you have downloaded mtz file

• now select download Mtz file and hit ok   
• Then click on start and skip the ad
• thene click on next then finished

• after skipping an ad click on install and your theme will be installed installed.
